Turn one Deal into many Projects

When a Deal reaches your “Initiate Project” stage, Batch Projects creates one HubSpot Project per line item. Each Project is associated to the Deal and pre-filled from it. Requests for 20+ Projects no longer mean 20+ Deals.

What happens when you connect

• We create two properties: “Source line item” on Projects and “Batch Projects status” on Deals.
• We detect your “Initiate Project” deal stage and your Project pipeline, then switch the integration on.
• You can review everything under Connected apps → Batch Projects → Settings in HubSpot.
